Pani Puri is a small, crispy, hollow ball made of atta (whole wheat) or suji (semolina), filled with flavorful mashed potatoes and chickpeas, and dipped in tangy mint water made from tamarind and mint. How is Pani Puri Made?

After the dough is prepared, keep it aside for some rest.
 
- Make Pani Puri Balls: Once the dough becomes somewhat firm, start making pani puri balls by taking a small portion of dough, shaping it into a round ball, and then using a rolling pin to give it a round shape. Deep-fry it in a pan on medium flame until it becomes crispy.
 
- Preparation of Filling: The next step is to prepare mashed potato filling for pani puri, which is made by boiling potatoes and then mashing them. After that, you can add your favourite spices, such as red chilli powder or garam masala, along with some salt, according to your preference.
 
- Pani Puri Mint Water: Pani puri mint water is made by grinding coriander, mint, chaat masala, green chillies, black salt, and roasted cumin. A fine paste is then prepared, and boiled tamarind pulp is added for a tangy flavour. Everything is ground and mixed well. Add ice cubes to it. If you want, you can also add boondi in it after the mint water is ready.
 
- Serve Together: After everything is prepared, serve the pani puri with mashed potatoes and mint water as the filling, and enjoy its delicious and tangy flavour.
